LH TOOL’s coolant-through solid carbide drills cover Φ1–Φ20 and support 3D micro-diameter to 70D deep hole drilling. High-pressure coolant from the drill tip effectively reduces heat, preventing chipping and hole deformation. The reinforced flute design and sharp cutting edges lower cutting resistance and improve stability. With nano-composite coating for high wear and oxidation resistance plus excellent chip evacuation, the drills deliver long tool life and high efficiency, even in SUS304/SUS316, tool steel, titanium alloys, and nickel-based alloys.
