We have recently received multiple reports of unauthorized individuals impersonating the Association's Chairman, Secretary-General, and other officials via email, falsely claiming to represent the Association and requesting recipients to reply, create messaging groups, or follow other instructions.
To protect our members' information security, we urge all members to remain vigilant and take the following precautions when receiving suspicious emails:
1. Verify the Sender's Email Address
The Association currently uses only the following two official email addresses:
Please carefully verify the sender's complete email address. Do not rely solely on the sender's display name to determine whether an email is legitimate.
2. Do Not Click on Suspicious Links
Do not open suspicious attachments, scan unknown QR codes, or disclose personal or company information.
3. Be Cautious of Unusual Requests
The Association will never request members via email to create LINE groups, provide bank account information, or transfer funds based on unsolicited instructions. If you receive such requests, please do not follow them.
If you receive an email suspected of impersonating the Association, do not reply or follow any instructions. Please verify its authenticity directly through the Association's official communication channels.
Thank you for your cooperation in preventing fraud and safeguarding information security.
